We deliver on-site physical therapy & virtual wellness consultations, educational webinars and functional  movement classes that are easily accessible whether you're working from home, from the office, or on the road.

About the Founder

Her Story

Dr. Dominique Harmath is a Toronto native and earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC). She later pursued her fellowship through the Royal College of Chiropractic Sports Sciences Canada (RCCSSC), the most extensive sport specialty training program in the chiropractic profession. 

 

Dr. Harmath is a published author and has received international awards for her research and work in the field. She is a former professional tennis player, four-time Canadian Junior National Champion and top 50 Division I NCAA player for Rice University in Houston.

 

She has been a part of the Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) medical team for the Rogers Cup, and a chiropractor for Alpine Canada’s Men’s Ski World Cup team. After her experience representing the World Federation of Chiropractic (WFC) as a delegate at the World Health Assembly in Geneva Switzerland in 2017 and 2018, she was driven to make a positive impact towards the advancement of human health through chiropractic and wellness initiatives in the workplace. 

That's when well@work was born.

1 on 1 Therapy Consultations

Our people care. The on-site & virtual physical therapy sessions are individualized to your needs.

What to expect when you book the therapy consult service:

1. 20 minute individual consultations in-person or virtual.

2. On-site sessions take place in a private office space.

3. Virtual sessions offered via Jane, our secure electronic medical record platform.

Interactive Webinars

Our live info sessions deliver evidence based topics that teach you the essential skills to live a healthy life.

What to expect when you book the interactive webinar service:

1. 45 or 60 minute webinar options.

2. 15 minute Q&A period at the end. 

3. Virtual Zoom platform.

Knowledge is power.

Virtual Functional Movement

From mobility movement breaks to high-energy fitness classes, we have something for every level of mover.

What to expect when you book the functional movement service:

1. Select the type of class: mobility or fitness.

2. Option of 15 or 30 minute classes.

3. Virtual Zoom platform.

Exercise is medicine for the mind and body.
